ETAction's M-Sport 6speed E61
Had her delivered from Austin, Tx. I am the third owner, now in Sedona, Az. My first 5 series and I could not be happier. Production numbers showing this to be 1 of 3 in North America.
First boosted BMW which is fun but I am new to the tuning game. I've decided to go with MHD but will wait until I install my CP-E charge pipe.
Took her down to Phoenix for a much needed detail, mainly for the exterior. The paint was desperate for a nice waxing.
Next will be DP's and the charge pipe. I just can not decide between VRSF and AR design. I have a good buddy who owns a mechanic shop and he reassures me he can handle the "slight denting" manipulation that the VRSF DP calls for in order to fit the X Drive models. Just makes me a bit hesitant and seems so silly to charge $25 extra for the X drive version but it still needs to be modified by the purchaser in order to clear the axle housing. AR design are twice the cost but may cause less of a headache for install.
Ordered some Coco mats. Natural and black and I am happy with them. Was not fond of the M5 mats it came with as the velcro bottoms had come off.
Played around with the Carly adapter. Increased brightness of Angel Eyes, Auto fold mirrors with lock button hold, Fog lights stay on w/ high beams, Seat belt reminder ding turned off, 1 touch blinker changed to 5 blinks, having to press brake pedal to start car deactivated.
Car has upgraded CP-E FMIC, Burger Motorsports intake, Walnut blast of intake about 11K miles ago. Coils and plugs were done at the same time.
Upgraded VTT OEM style Turbos with upgraded billet compressor wheels. At the time of install the shop replaced all fluids and lines.
I'll keep this thread updated with any new goodies.
