Default E61 water damage

Hi guys
Couple days ago my trunk got filled with water, soaking all the modules in the spare wheel area and the battery.
After cleaning and drying all the wires, modules and connections the car is still turning on but all the lights are on.
Ride hight light,TMP and few more lights are still on.
After that I swapped used modules and the air compressor start running but the air bags are not filling up still.
Do i need professional bmw diagnostics tool to code and reset everything?
I don’t know what else to try.

Did you open the modules up to let them dry? If you replace any modules they need to be coded, programmed and or calibrated.

Ok you will need BMW software tools (can be found on Google), the latest SP-DATEN file (Google), k + DCAN cable (Amazon) and a laptop. The files are free the cable cost around $25. Or you can choose to take it somewhere to get it done but you will have the errors until you code the modules to the car an calibrate your EHC.

Explain how to do what? The stuff you download needs to be installed. There should be instructions with the download how to install it. Once it's installed you now have BMWs proprietary diagnostic software to diagnosis issues with your car. There's many how to videos on YouTube on how to program modules. A lot of the forums have step by step instructions. You just need to search for what you're trying to do
