Is this the only part# to get for replacing the sunroof seal? how about the piece that is attached to the front of rear glass?
real oem has two part#s, one is 54107199533 (superseded by 54107430946) correct me if I am wrong
and another one part# 54137127565 and it says x2
FCP says they both fit E61
Any suggestions?

For E61 that has this type of sunroof, we need the rear glass seal as well, but still confused as to why one would need 2x of that part#, since the actual one goes on to the frame and one that goes between the two glasses.
Went ahead and ordered one of each.

Three suggestions:
- take a moment to clean the drains because they can still clog up over time, especially as yours has had more flowing through it
- you might want to do the work on a warm day, helps soften the glue from the old seal a bit
- the new seal is way better than the factory version, you'll find it so much quieter inside
