Does anyone know where the radio is located? I like to take it out and check for connection and possible repair because the radio can only receive 2 FM stations.

I suggest you open up your rear spoiler and check the underlying diversity module for corrosion, this is a common cause for poor radio reception.
This is even more likely if you have experienced diminished or failing remote locking through the key fobs.
Good luck

Could you provide more details on the rear spoiler and how to open it?

There should be a DIY here on the forums but can't find it at the moment, haven't got my manual here either so I will give a quick decsription.
Will try to append the full instructions later.
- Put a soft cloth on your roof in front of the spoiler, behind the antenna.
- Open up your rear glass lid.
- Below the spoiler you will find a set of bolts, clearly visible.
- Remove those.
- Close the glass lid.
- Slide the spoiler carefully downwards: DO NOT PULL HARD OR MOVE THE SPOILER AWAY FROM THE CAR ONCE LOOSENED!
- The spoiler will come free from its rail-like mounting and will only be attached by the brake light cable.
- Flip the spoiler forward and place it on the cloth you put on your roof, in the meanwhile making sure no strain is placed on the brake light wire.
- You might want to lightly tape the spoiler to the roof rails on each side to prevent it from sliding off.
- Now you have free access to the diversity module box above the rear window.
- Remove the plastic cover of the box and inspect the module, connectors and surroundings for corrosion and similar nastiness.
- If the module is suspect have it replaced and ask for the foam blocks that come with the SIB associated with the water incursion in the spoiler.
Good luck.

My diversity aerial was replaced last year after having exactly the same problems!
