My Ride: ‘08 Barbera Red stock auto wagon
Model Year: 2008
Engine: N54
Default E61 production numbers by color

I have what I think is a fairly rare color on my 2008 535Xi - Barbera red. Mine is an automatic and I have found a thread that spoke to all the manual cars by color but can someone direct me to a thread which shows how many E61s were produced in specific colors

regardless of transmission?

thanks
Mike

I don't know if there is a thread detailing the automatics. I think you are very safe on the call that you indeed have a rare colour. As many of the E61's are no longer even on the road, what was originally a rare car, gets rarer with each passing day. I am finding the amount of traffic here on the E61 forum is slowing down considerably as I believe many of the remaining cars are now being held by those who don't use them as daily drivers. Yours looks amazing. Enjoy!

That red looks amazing (very emotive). I would say it is certainly rare; I haven't seen it on any wagon or sedan in many years. Mine is silver-gray, which seems like the most popular after black.

I've noticed a decline in traffic as well. Conversely, I've noticed more E60s in the traffic. There are three other E61s in my general area, though the drivers tend not to wave back. Wagon Master- do you think many are being tucked away for a future upswing in value? I am shocked at how low they've dropped.

My Ride: 2010 535ix touring (E61) Neptune blue, cold weather package, comfort seats, HUD, LDWS, L7 surround system
Model Year: 2010
Default Neptune Blue

When I saw the color and options of my 2010 E61 I had to have it. I have only seen one other wagon in Neptune Blue. It is nice that is has the newer I-drive controls. Keeps it a little more current, relevant. I agree we the previous post that manual e61's will definitely retain there value better than automatics. As long as possible I will always drive a wagon. Wagons forever! 🤘🤘
