I?ve just bought an 05 E61 with 19? rims with 245/35/19 tyres on.

After a couple of days the tyre pressure warning message came up saying I had lost pressure. Having looked, they seem ok but I thought I should check them.

The problem is I don?t know what pressure to put in them, as the sticker on the door panel doesn?t have my wheel sizes on. They are BMW wheels, I?m sure.

Can anyone help??

Cheers

Steve

That is normal that you get a warning.. This happens everytime i change my tires aswell. Once you have reset it, you should be fine. Regarding the tire pressure, check out the homepages of your respective tire maker. I put 10% less than what they quote on the homepages..

tnx

Almost all tires have pressure ranges on them and the instruction manual for the car does as well.

Yeah, I'm used to BMW's and usually just check the door post sticker, but it only lists up to 18" rims.

There's nothing in the manual, it says check the door posts.
