DPF Removing question

Hello. Is there a problem if I remove the DPF mechanically and install the downpipe, but turn it off software after 20 days. Will it be a problem for the car to drive like that? The car is 525d 197hp

pretty sure you can drive with a downpipe without a tune but you will loose a bit power, but driving witha dpf delete tune WITH a dpf is bad for the engine. correct me if im wrong
