I recently got an e61 with the central locking not working. I replaced the diversity antenna and now the central locking is working perfectly.
The car has an aerial added onto the boot spoiler. I think this was added because the FM radio wasn't working due a bad diversity antenna in the past? The radio works ok-ish now anyway although the reception can be spotty. I would leave the aerial in place but the bolt that attaches the aerial is in the way of the cover for the diversity antenna so I can't put the cover on. This means the module is going to get water damaged again. The wire attached to the aerial looks like it should be plugged into the diversity antenna. If I can plug this back into the diversity antenna and remove the aerial then I can put the cover back on. Only problem is I don't have the plug. Can anyone help me figure out what plug I need and where I can get one? I think it should go in the port pictured below.
