Default Considering purchasing 2007 E61 6MT

Im new to the forums but have been browsing for a couple of years.

Ive read extensively about transmission problems on automatic E60/1 but havent found information about clutch issues on MT models. Are there any known problems that i svoild look for?

Recently came across a 07 530xi wagon with 40k miles and manual transmission and Im really close to pulling the trigger.

Body is 8/10 with a deep scratch on one of the doors and some chios on the bumpers.
Interior is 9/10 with clean lesther upolsthery.

I havent found any sales history for a comparable wagon, most wagons ive seen for sale are ajto.

What should I offer for this wagon?

Thanks for any advise.

Really? I've been here two years and can't say I've heard that. Maybe for the 2007 model? Any links to some threads on it?

Either way, getting an MT is fun, but are you just doing it cuz you're worried about the AT transmissions?
