just a thought, did you recently add oil? If yes you or the shop could have missed the fill hole and cyl 3 sits below the oil fill hole. Check the engine covers underbelly, the foam part. See if there is oil soaked up in there. Could also be a faulty oil cap or its oring.

Valve gasket or Valve cover? I am not sure! I just feel when ever 3 to 4000 RPM
is jerky!
