I have no personal experience from that company and haven't seen anyone else reviewing it either so I'm not able to pass a judgment on function/quality. However I would personally stay away from something that costs like 10-20% of the more well-known stuff. When buying a fairly expensive car I wouldn't risk my engine to save a few hundred in the short term, if I didn't get a VERY solid warranty and seller had a physical location nearby so I knew where to go and get support if needed.
Not 100% sure on how the washer nozzles look but if they are adjustable you should simply be able to change the direction by inserting a needle and turn it to a better position. If there are 2 nozzles maybe one is plugged by dirt i.e. use needle to remove dirt.
For the software they should cut you some slack since it's a quality issue but if you're out of warranty I guess it's up to the dealer and/or your negotiation skills to decide

Hi there
I have the Abrieb tuning device. Please try Abrieb on the search engine on the top right hand corner. There have been several threads.
So far I think it's great. Had it now for more than half a year and wouldn't want to drive without it
