Default cargo liner - whats the difference?

does anyone know the difference between these two cargo liners? they are both OEM and have BMW part numbers, but i cant determine what makes them different.

any advice or other suggestions for cargo liners would be appreciated!

I'm actually going to purchase the one from ECS, can't see spending more than that for the purpose. :-)

thanks - those are much better pictures.

i was going to order and then noticed that shipping to me in boston was $25 for the one from ECS and $13 for the other one - so essentially the prices are within $3 of each other.
