Basic Handsfree USB / Audio (65 41 2 152 528) in 530xd (2007)
Hi there,
is it possible to install 65 41 2 152 528 and have usb audio (expecting mp3 support) + bluetooth handsfree in my 530xd (2007), which has CCC on board, without changing to CIC?
And if yes, is this set the only thing I need to buy to have these features? Will there be any coding needed to activate newly installed hardware?
And if it's possible, will I be able to control the playback from the steering wheel?
Below is the full optional equipment list for my car (just in case if it's required to answer to my questions).

To my understanding it's not possible ... you probably better off using an aftermarket module such from Dension and you get all the control via steering wheel buttons and/or iDrive just like the OEM...
I've been using their GW500 model with an iPod & USB thumb drive for a while and very happy with it.
