Got my E60 back with new CCC and updated EGR valve regulation.
Just hoping things will keep as quiet as they are now !!

The car is back again, after two weeks of waiting... hopefully the "lobotomisation" (new CCC/Steuerger?t/Styrbox/Brain) will solve the problem once and for all. But I cannot feel happy about a car that has spent 1/3 of my ownership at the dealer.
