Anti-Roll bar bushes
Hi, I have a 2005 530d M Sport E61, just wondering if anybody knows how hard and how long it would be to change the front arb bushes? And what it'd entail me taking off/undoing? I've got a knocking coming from the front and the mechanic has assured me it is from these when he inspected it whilst carrying out the MOT.

One bolt on each - washing up liquid on the new ones when refitting, easy 1 hour job tops! 
You may need a 2nd jack however to lift each side of the ARB as you fit them - do one at a time
