You won't believe this - I manage to drive my car for a month after the last breakdown, and now it's back at the garage again. I talked to the CEO at the dealer yesterday and he informed me that the computer says it's the same issue again, faulty cam shaft sensors. Apparently this issue is not to happen on MY09 and MY10 but apparently my car doesn't understand that.
According to Swedish law the are allowed to fix the same problem twice, if it happens a third time I'm entitled to hand the car back. Which we agreed yesterday that I should do; but then it'll be a diesel.
I really wished they fire a couple of Herr Professor Doktors in München/Munich due to this - one lemon car (with 8 breakdowns in 3 years) is bad luck, two cars in a row is a clear sign of
BAD QUALITY.

Told you before, you must be cursed.
BTW: How will they get you a diesel E61, new one still on the lot or a used one?
Anyways, good luck with all the issues!

My Ride: 2007 530xiT: CPO purchase in 2008, used by a BMW exec previously, and like-new when I got it. Compared to my other cars, at first I thought it felt heavy and steering was too heavy. Now, I really enjoy driving it in town and on the freeway. On my
