since your a new member I'll let you in on a very important tool on this forum. Use the search bar as a research tool before you pull the trigger on your next mod. Try searching for afe intake. Lol

No gain for sure. Loss is possible, given that you are located in Florida. The outside temperature plus the heat from the engine, the "CAI" would become "HAI" in minutes.

But if you like the sound and the placebo effect of having a "CAI", then that's all that matters. It's your money and your car, do whatever that pleases you...

Yeah, I'm in the Fort Lauderdale area and trust me, it's "Stanky" HOT and will get much worse during the next two months.

Yep, but regardless of where you are at, the big misconception is that it works in cold climates. NO, not really because its still relevant to ambient temperatures. If its 20F outside, why not suck in 20F air? Why do you want to suck in underhood temps? I lived in FL for a few months and the heat+humidity is killer.

Dyno run today and looks like I gain 63bhp in the front wheels but lost 64bhp in the rear... You guys where right......

what type of dyno was used? How is there such a big difference between front and rear wheels gains?
