They are not homologated from BMW at all for the E61.

However, I doubt they will put on the invoice that they have placed these wheels under an E61, they know
for sure they shouldn't

I'm considering to change the standard wheels of the M package to the M5/M6 wheels (18"), they look cool and are still homologated .
I you would still opt for the 19" rimms, take a look at the M172 wheels, I've seen them on a carbonblack E60 and they look GREAT
