They are not homologated from BMW at all for the E61.

I guess it's normal that your BMW dealer tries to make the E61 look as good as possible in a showroom.

No doubt that they look fantastic, but standing there in a demo room or driving them day-to-day looks like a big difference to me .

However, I doubt they will put on the invoice that they have placed these wheels under an E61, they know
for sure they shouldn't .

I'm considering to change the standard wheels of the M package to the M5/M6 wheels (18"), they look cool and are still homologated .

I you would still opt for the 19" rimms, take a look at the M172 wheels, I've seen them on a carbonblack E60 and they look GREAT .

Decision is up to you pal ...
