Hello

Washed the car and here are couple of pics...I had to lower the front 10mm since it didn´t settle as much as we thought.

Better pics will come after this weekend when we detail the car with Antti

And here are some late evening atmosphere shots from the shore of the Bay of Bothnia

I think this looks spot on now, IMHO you were right to lower it some more at the front. Looks great

And pictures after a wash and some sun shine make such a big difference as well

Your car looks awesome, very well done!!! Do you happen to know the clearance measurements from your wheels to the body of your car? I am puting my KW V3's on on Monday and I took a photo of your car to the installer and said here- this is the ride height I want!

THANKS

All corners are 35cm from the middle to the fender. After the installation the front springs settled about 5mm...after couple of weeks when its settled its really easy to adjust to the height you want.

I have a question..

Lowered my 05 530xd some days ago (only ca 2,5cm). The only problem i encountered is that when doing right turns I can some times hear a knocking sound. Found out that this is the front left axle knocking in the stabilisator bar. Just the top of the ring holding the driveshaft boot. (I punched this in now for more space)

Any of you had this problem?

Have ordered new bushings for the bar, but I do not think it will be that much better.

I've read something about KW's and a knocking sound. However, I have never had problems with my KW Street Comfort coilovcers.
Search the forum, there are some posts about the issue.

And welcome to the forum!
