Default 2008 e61 quad exhaust??

Hi, ive recently bought a 535D and had it remapped and now was wondering about dual exhausts?? Is this straight forward or not ie parts on shelf or a custom made exhaust only?? Also was thinking go to ovals like RS6/C63 instead of quads? Any thoughts anyone all welcome!

Default E61 535d dual exhaust

Hi, ive recently bought a 535d msport and would like twin exhausts. Is there a good place to get this done ie parts on shelf or is it a custom made one? Also was thinking of having oval exhaust like an RS6 instead of quads! Any thoughts welcome (i have broad shoulders) thanks James

at the least you're going to need to make cutouts in your rear bumper I think Remus sells a quad exhaust kit for the e60

You can stick your head under your wagon and this will become much more clear but essentially the E61s have the air compressor in the lower right (passenger) side of the rear bumper so if you want to run quads that will need to be relocated and then have some heat shield added. There might be some more work needed to do it properly so it really depends on how legit you want it to be.

Here you go, Custom 3.5" Quad exhaust on E61 - Sounds amazing and turns heads, multiple people note it sounds like a Nissan GTR. DP's are AR and all other parts are Vibrant.

As @ucsbwsr already said the A\C Compressor needs to be relocated, this is easily moved in the wheel well. Heat has not been an issue on the passenger side thus far.
