2007 530d Touring EGR Valve Clean
Hi all, took of my EGR valve today and cleaned it. Engine has 130,000 on it and this job is fiddly but well worth it. The valve was not operating and it was caked with carbon inside as well as the entrance port to the inlet - 20mm in some places, if you have done over 50,000 it must be worth doing
Now just have to get the DPF off and cleaned to get some peace of mind getting continual particulate filter error coming up - anyone done this?
