Hi

I have got the Opportunity to purchase some 20" BBS alloys in the following spec,

Back tyres
285/30/ZR 20/99Y
ET 25
10J X 20Hz

Front tyres
255/35/ZR 20/97Y
ET 22
9J X 20Hz

They are on a brand new 7 series but have been advised they will fit an E61 5 series Touring.

Does any body know for certain before i buy them and find problems,
i will not be able to return them if they do not fit.

I have only got a couple of days to decide as i have been offered a big discount.

Hi,

I have on my at front 245/35/20 on 9x20 ET 24 and on rear 275/30/20 on 10x20 ET 24 this are wheels from 7 series, and I have no problem. I think you set up shoud be fine. No problem with rubering any where.

be very careful with 285 tyres on the back.. you will need spacers (20mm probably) to get them to fit. most 275 will fit straight away , but the 285s are a different thing..

There are a couple of people in the e60 forum that have m5/m6 rimms on their 5series, so its better to have a search in the forum and to PM them regarding their experiences

You will not have a problem with the rear, you have same ET as I do. If I look on my there is on each side at least 1,5 cm room. I have a Individual V spoke - style 152 which are for 7series
