Hello All,

Im not realy new to the forums, but i have never posted before. I am due to order a new 520d SE business edition E61 next week as a company car on a 3 year lease. However due to some interior upgrades i have opted for i cant afford to get 18/19inch alloys, which is a shame because i think they really make the car. So my question is this:-

I am thinking of upgarding from the star spoke style alloys style 243 to 17 inch Radial spoke alloy wheels style 244, both are 17 inch wheels but i would like some opinions as to which of the 2 wheel styles is the nicer and it would be a real bonus if anyone could post pictures of cars with both style wheels on that would be superb.

I have looked for some pics online but i cant find any.

Many thanks for your help.

Regards

Dan

Nah, the one you really want to scope out is Style 172.

Are we supposed to find the two that match in there?

Hey K44ent,

Thanks for the pictures they are exactly what i was looking for. I have ordered my car today a flat black with the 244 alloy wheels on, i cant tell if yours is black or blue but it gives me an idea of what mine will look like, and im delighted as yours looks a lovely car.

Like you my current 520d is an M sport and i have the 172 alloys on it! i am really gutted to be loosing the looks i.e the 19in wheels and the M Style body kit, but i think overll it will be a nicer car because i ordered the business edition so i have a few nice extras in the cabin. What do you think?

Also, how does your SE compare to your M Sport?

Regards
Dan
