Will M5 leather dash fit E60 535i?
I've got a 2010 535i with the base interior, and have been highly tempted to install an M5 leather dash. If I source one without the HUD, is it a direct swap? Anyone swap parts from an M5 into a non-M model? Were there LCI changes to either that require consideration? has anyone swapped in M5 front or rear seats? Love the M5 interior, not so much mine.
Appreciate the help folks!

That's great to know about the leather dash, is this the same for the M5 front and rear seats? Door cards? I've heard that M5 rear seats are often fold down, I do not have fold down seats in the 535i so assume M5 fold down's wouldn't work.....? Different mounting points I? Do they have non-fold down back seats?
Thanks for the help!

Realoem is your friend here. Since the seats themselves don’t have a single part number, you can find key parts like the seat frames and structural parts that cross between models (or don’t cross).
I’m not sure how much investigation you’ve done, so I apologize if the following sounds obvious to you... If the M5 front seats have the dynamic bolsters, they will be more than just a drop in. Also note that the M5 often had different leather, so even if the color is the same, the finish may appear different.

Thanks, good to know that the swap is possible and appreciate the advice. Thanks for the heads up on the interior colors being different, I'll try to source an entire interior from one vehicle. Does an M5 come with non-folding rear seats, was it optional? Also, I've heard HUD was an option, some M5's didn't have it. True? Lastly, did all M5 front seats have the active side bolsters? If possible, I'd rather find one without active as I've heard it is a system that responds slightly to late to dynamic changes. Thanks again for the advice.

The active side bolsters are great.
Fold down seats can be easily retrofitted. I moved a set between a 2007 and a 2008.
