I have a radio that doesn't work, no I drive screen, it used to work when cold. Anyway I wanted to know if I order the dynavin or another aftermarket (that includes the screen and plug and play) if I need to fix the cic (CD/DVD section) or will it just bypass the factory junk. Basically I hope it just reads the information

You might get away with the dynavin unit working on its on providing that power is getting to it but it won't read any info from the car because the way it works is that there are two systems together your factory and aftermarket and you switch between the two systems, in other words you still keep the factory unit and can change to the other unit,.... But I'm not 100 percent sure
