Hi! Can you give me brand and parts needed to do custom quad exhaust. Thanks

Really all you need is Magnaflow mufflers and the tips of your choice. I don't remember the part #'s but someone will chime in. The shop you take it to can bend and weld the pipes you'll need for the system. Just remember, the stock 530 exhaust is 2.5 inches diameter, to not lose significant HP try to get the shop to use 2.25 inch piping to maintain proper back pressure. Other than that you should be good. You can add things like an X-pipe if you want as well.

As someone who had magnaflow custom setup, I'd say just pay the money for remus. Its a quality system. I'm switching to a RD sport quad right now but they are hard to find.

Hey Phil, I have been trying to get into RD SPort's webstore to see what they have for my 550, but it doesn't display. Have you had any success getting into their webstore?

I already have the RPI exhaust (love it), but as I recall they had some pretty decent and reasonably priced - comparred to SC kits, power pkgs for the 530. I wanted to take a look and see what they offered power wise for my 550 as opposed to the $9k ESS SC kit.
