Traction & 6spd on 07 m5

HELP how do i take the traction off? I have a 04/07 production 08 m5 6spd don't have the option to turn off traction. I live on long island NY and the dealerships ralley and habberstad don't know anything i ask many times. They're telling me they can't turn the traction off. But I heards of people in different states that have taken their car to their bmw dealership and they turned it off. So if anyone went thru this please let me know thanks. Just want 2 get sideways.

Tell dealer to look up TSB 34 07 07 That is the service bulletin that describes how to upgrade your
software in the car.
