It's so bad right now I am going to wait about 3-6months, right now a good clean M5 2006 with 35k~ miles is about 46-48k, In 6 months I bet this car will be 42k or less, and to be honest I would rather have someone else take that hit

Where are you looking? Check all the online stuff like Autotrader.com and Cars.com. That will open up your chances if you don't mind shipping the car from another state.
