Aren't these pics of the wreck from Taiwan a few months ago? In one of the other cities besides Taipei I believe.
People were saying it was either:
1) The 1st M5 delivered to Taiwan and it was totalled by the owner within the first couple of days. The owner's previous car was a MB E55.
or
2) This car was totalled by a journalist who was doing a review for a car magazine.

That's right the pictures are form the 1st M5 delivered to Taiwan. I have also seen the photos surfing around. I remember it is also a photo with the owner and I he was not injured in the accident as he was calling somebody with his mobile phone. He just looked a bit shocked.
