I am planing on gettin an Audi R8.. (no i am not giving away my M5, i love it to death)...Should i go for the 2010 w/ the V10 motor or the older one w/ V8?..
Since this would be my first audi i need to know whether this car is even worth it? Any other options under 150K? and yes i plan to Buy it, i dun like leasing. And what color option should i go for?

If you have the finances... I'd probably go with the V10. From everything that I read and heard, the V8 just felt wayyy to underpowered for being a " super-car ".

Heck, between Audi R8, GTR, or Porsches, I wouldn't even look at the GTR and Porches.
A big big piece of appeal of the R8 is style, and goddamn that car is simply sexy.
I am pretty sure Shezmon has his mind made about it already, but here's another two thumbs up for getting the R8

Have you driven the GT3 RS? It's a streetable race car. I'd much rather have a regular GT3 for "driving pleasure". Driving the RS for more than an hour or so especially on NY roads gets really old fast IMHO. If its a full time track car its amazing but I really don't see it as enjoyable for just a pleasure car. I love the look of the R8. It's basically a gallardo without the name and inherent price tag. If I were spending 150k on a car I'd get a used 2006-2007 ferrari 430 and never look back. There's no downside. Looks, prestige, craftsmanship, pedigree, sound, power, handling plus someone else already took the massive hit on the depreciation and a Ferrari will never go out of style I wouldn't throw the R8 out of bed though
