I must say that I loved the Silverstone

My E39 M5 was Titanium Silver and the Silverstone might me a nice change.

I am begining to think the M5 looks better in the lighter colors, when I always thought the 5'ers looked better in darker colors.

Anyway, I think that I am going to wait for the first 2007 and perhaps the manual transmission! I just hope they don't limit your options if you choose the manual

I have seen quite a few--three at my dealer and 2 on the road. I remain somewhat interested in the manual. I wouldn't mind the options on the manual being limited too much. I priced an SMG once, and, as I recall, I didn't want to add too many options. I want a very light one anyway.

I will get my 550 in about 7 weeks hopefully...and in 2 years I'm thinkin' M5!

I saw my first one tonight. I actually went out of my way (skipped the turn I was going to make) just so I could get behind it for a minute and try to hear it.

I ended up following it for a few blocks but there was so much traffic that there wasn't going to be anything to hear or see so I turned off.

It was sweet looking, that's for sure!

i saw one at the dealer too. indianapolis red. looks like it sits kinda high to me too.

Saw my first one around noon today... Silverstone tooling slowly through a packed ShopRite parking lot in Ramsey, NJ. Actually I heard it first as i was walking into the store... as soon as you hear that engine you just know you're hearing something special.
