Hello everyone - an update on the project. The headers are near-completing. Last night, it was tested to clear. So now we'll get the stock headers back in for dyno testing. We'll be testing it on a DynoJet at GTR High Performance (website) in Ranch Cucamonga. Tentatively, it is set for the week of 4/27 to do the first set of testing. If you wish to learn more and possibly attend, please contact me via PM and leave your email address. I will have a mailing list to keep everyone posted.

Picked up the car tonight from the shop. Stock headers and exhaust in place. Dyno time confirmed for Wednesday 4/29 at 10:30AM at GTR High Performance (8678 Utica Ave., Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730). Please PM me to exchange contact information. And it is also nice to have a head count on how many people is going to attend.

Dyno was successful. Will get page up with photos and results. For now, here's photos of the exhaust laid out, component-by-component. The production units will differ slightly than what I currently have on. Some of these differences are actually design upgrades which was added in "hindsight". One for example is mine required migrating the hanger rubber pieces from stock to Ramm-Technik exhaust. This will no longer be necessary in the production unit.
Tentative pricing on the headers is $7000 and exhaust at $5000. I plan to offer an introductory offer on the first set to get the ball rolling.

I still need to stop by the shop to get the numbers/screen shots sorted in a fashion in which I was going to analyze it. My buddy sent me some shots he took of the screen at the time of the dyno. I'll go ahead and throw those up here for now.
First Setup - stock headers / stock exhaust
Runs 1-3 in 4th - realized it was hitting the rev limiter
Runs 4 in 6th - made more more power but was hitting the speed limiter
Runs 5-6 in 5th
Second Setup - stock headers / Ramm-Technik exhaust with straight pipes
Runs 7-10 in 5th
Third Setup - stock headers / Ramm-Technik exhaust with German cats
Runs 11-12 in 5th
