We are under sniperfire from speed checks. Hidden in the bushes they take pictures and send you the bill by mail. Like a flexible road tax. Up to 10KMH over the limit is commonplace, haven't met anyone who never got at least one of those tickets. That's the big cash cow for government. totally pointless.
