Haha, yeah, 200 a tank is rough. But the E60 M5 is known to be a guzzler, lol, though the pain is probably a whole lot more real at the pump!

no worries! its all vinyl so im not permanently changing anything...doing a matte black and gloss black theme....i liked it in my old car....but plan to perfect it here...sure should fit nicely with the black sapphire metallic on the exterior of the car...

clean, prep, priming and painting all four grills today....black sapphire metallic exact match...should be nice.

im really happy with how this center trim turned out....the side grills look amazing too. the kidney grills...i did the slats matte black and the outer rings black sapphire metalic with three coats of clear, i love em!

here's a detail shot of the center console trim....im very pleased. i switched gears and did the shifter surround in black sapphire metallic as well with 3 coats of clear....i love it...the pics dont do it justice. i used PPG paint so is smooth, none of that orange peel look.


on a sidenote, my vinyl wrapping skills are growing exponentially. you cant even tell that the main portion of the center trim is vinyl, its so clean.


next up: brake calipers, RPI scoops and H&R springs painted a custom color...this is gna be fun.
