Nice car in a not so nice place to drive it. The fastest he can probably go is like 60k/h.

I hope his wheels don't get stolen!

On the contrary, there are lots of roads where you can drive straight to 250kph. City roads of course are out (both speedwise and potholes) but without speed limits (ok there are but absolutely nobody follows them), you can practically do short bursts to 150kph in some main city thoroughfares.
