9 Million Philippine Pesos comes out to about US$180,000.
A minimum wage earner in the Philippines earns about US$1500/year.
That means it would take 120 years before an average Filipino can buy an M5!
I love the Philippines, but it's just one of the reasons (among corruption and political instability), as to why I chose to migrate to the States.
Although I do agree that the US has its own problems (Big Dick attitude, We're always right, etc), it's still a great country to live in.
Just the fact that I can voice my criticism and not be flogged for it, is democracy at work.
And where else can a Filipino migrant from '89 get the opportunity to buy an e60?

yeah, i was born and raised in the philippines... but i'm really a korean... my dad used to work for ADB there, and those diplomats would get the benzes and bimmers... totally messed up to be driving such an expensive car after taxes in such a poor nation... where on earth are you gonna drive an m5 to its potential there? the roads are terrible and the traffic even worse!!! i remember one of my friends' father had a freakin lambo diablo in forbes park, and we were like, where the hell r u gonna find a road without potholes to drive that thing?

This one and only M5 in the Philippines is probably the model used to create the molds for aftermarket copy-cat aero kits.
