Radenergie wheels were never made in Germany. They were designed there by Wheel Power and the name is German for Wheel Power but they're made in Japan on the Ray forging machines which are ones of the best in the business; 8000 ton presses. These wheels are extremely strong. I had the R10s before and loved them.
