Those were the wheels I was going to get in silver...Radenergie R5's. They are great wheels but you have there were some issues with them a while back on the Mercedes forums. I believe the original ones were made in Germany but now made in the U.S. or Japan. They are 3 piece forged wheels....that is a pretty good price.

Radenergie wheels were never made in Germany. They were designed there by Wheel Power and the name is German for Wheel Power but they're made in Japan on the Ray forging machines which are ones of the best in the business; 8000 ton presses. These wheels are extremely strong. I had the R10s before and loved them.
