My Ride: 2006 550i Titanium Silver Metallic, Black Dakota Leather, Anthracite Maple Wood Trim, Cold Weather Package, Premium Sound Package, Sport Package, Steptronic, Navigation, Electric Rear Sunshades, Heated Rear Seats, Sirius Radio
I purchased the OEM M5 wheels because I like their appearance and they are affordable. I agree that an aggressive lip makes the wheel look smaller. I also feel this wheel will not be too difficult to care for as far as cleaning goes. My second choice was BBS RX11 19'.

I have decided to fit the BBS RS-GTs on my M6 and transfer the M167 wheels to the 545. I wrote to BBS and was told the RS-GT 10" width wheels will not be available till at least mid March. BTW, they also indicated that the RS-GT wheels are "MADE IN JAPAN" Here are the specs for the M6:
RS963 8,5x20, ET15, 5x120 front application with PFS 09.31.149 - this wheel weighs 11,80kg
RS964 10x20, ET22, 5x120 rear application with spacer kit 09.31.291(10mm) - this wheel weighs 12,20kg

Best wheels you can buy IMO - Love to see the pic's on the M6! I've got the 10" BBS RS-GT's on my M5 right now. They are available at Tirerack, unless they've run out.

Got a local tyre shop to import those RS-GTs in for me. exact specs as what I wrote earlier on. Total damage before tyres but inclusive freight and taxes is approx USD 5200.00. Those Michelin PS 2s are gonna cost a bomb.
