So, my first impressions...
1.) Man all this power is very different! After a drive to work this morning my body was still tingling from my adrenaline on the straight aways.
2.) The grin on my face is as if it is stuck to my face.
3.) I can't seem to study/work, cause all I can think about is where I can unleash the whip at.
4.) This is the first SMG I've ever driven. Am I doing this right? LOL
5.) There are so many involved features. It's amazing how the Power button changes the whole feel!
6.) My gas was at half tank last night. After lunch today its at a quarter tank, and I only work 20 miles away from home. LOL!
7.)I need a Valentine Radar...
8.) I am going to get into sooo much trouble!
9.) I owe my other half a huge Rock now.
10.)If I can do it again, I would!
Pretty much my exact same impressions when I first got my M5 as well.

I seriously think about this car all the time and that's a major problem cause I keep thinking of things to do to it.

I assume you've programmed your M button?

Phi, congrats. you could have gotten my car all modded out already. haha. anyhow, thinking about my custom 3 piece wheel. the 166's look good but once you throw on a set of rims, you don't see the 166's the same way again. just remember, if you do something, do it right. stay away from dinan.

Hmm...I don't think so. As long as iDrive comes up, you should be able to program your settings.

My insurance is a little under $150 a month. My buddy who is younger then me got quoted for an M5 and his quote was about $250-$300, if I remember correctly. I think in Texas the insurance price drops after the age of 25.
