Per BMWNA, dealers aren't allowed to share that with you even if you own the car. I had to beg my service dept to just be able to look over the printout of my own 545i. Your best bet is to go in and find a nice service dept guy and he might do it for you.

Is this car at a bmw dealership? When i was looking at cars, i asked the salesman to look up the maintenance and service history and he pulled it up with no problem(the good and the bad).

This is for sale by a private seller, not at a dealership.
I have never been denied a VIN history (service and options list) at either a dealership or on-line.
Granted, it has been a year and a half since I purchased a Bimmer, but has that much changed?

A Rebuilt/Reconstructed vehicle is a salvage vehicle that has been repaired and restored to operation. These vehicles are often severely damaged before they are rebuilt and refurbished parts are typically used during reconstruction. In most states, an inspection of the vehicle is required before the vehicle is allowed to return to the road. Manufacturer Buyback or Lemon
