Funny, I was just thinking the same thing about darkening my tint. haha
Not sure though. When I had my black/black 545, I went to get it tinted and saw a silver E39 with 20% tint and thought it looked perfect. However, the car had a light colored interior and I think the shade under the sunroof was pulled back allowing light in so it didn't look that dark. I didn't think about that and told them to put 20% all around (except windshield). When I picked up my car in the evening, it was dark and I could barely see anything while driving. Took it back the next day and had to pay to get them to remove it and put on 35%. LOL!!
I do think the darker 20% on black looks great though.![Think](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/think.gif)

I can live with that nighttime darkness by just rolling the window down slightly if I need to. I'd much rather have a really dark look during the daytime when I mostly drive. Right now with 35% ceramics it doesn't even seemm like I have tints on when you look from the side-view. I have to put up all my sunshades and take pictures from different angles to create a dark look.
Anyways, you'll see pics next week. =p
