There are several options for angel eyes: PIAA, Umnitza Predator Ice and CustomAngelEyes AngeliBright; in ascending order of cost. PIAA is probably the least bright and I think the AngeliBright v3 is a bit brighter than the Predator Ice v2.1 althought I'm not sure. The AngeliBright definitely costs more. I'm not sure about the Kelvin rating but I think they're about 5000K to 6000K, not sure about 8000K.
As for upgrading your lowbeam bulbs, I think Umnitza carries 8000K bulbs but not sure which brand. I know you can also get Hella or Philip Ultinon bulbs. I'm upgrading mine to 6000K (I think Philips) but waiting for my eurospec headlights to arrive from Germany.
