Glad that you are alright and I feel your pain!
I hope that you get things sorted out to your benefit. Insurance companies can be a pain in the *ss to deal with. Did you get the registration number of the truck? Witnesses?

Sorry to hear about this.
I can't believe your sharing it with us all so soon after the event !
Whereabouts did this happen ?.....I see that you live in London too.
If it's any consolation at this point - At least most of the M5 parts (grilles/alloys/mirrors/rear bumper and exhaust) appear to be in tact........That stuff alone would set you back about ?5k ! - The front bumper is totalled !!
Hope you're ok.
Did the airbag deploy ?
Keep us posted.

OUCH !!
Glad you're all-right ... e60 can be repaired or replaced. Maybe we need to have on-board cameras triggered by the stability systems - you might have been able to record an image of the truck that caused you to take an evasive action.

Glad your ok.
The truck stop that ran you off the road????
Front end damage adds up real quick on these cars. Plus with the aluminium in the front very few shops actually have the tools to fix it. I'd push strongly for it being totaled if there is any frame damage. Hard to tell from the pics.
Doesn't look quite as bad the one member on here that ended up being like a 40K job after being quoted around 20K and he waited like 4 months plus to get his car back.
