Dude everyones too pessimistic! Well I'm getting mine. I dont know about you guys. BMW CCA has been doing this for many years... So for a lot of you that keep saying that this wont happen is kinda sad. Are you guys even BMW CCA members?

Yes BMW CCA has been doing this for many years, but they usually aren't doing it with a car they have not been delivering to the States already. The timing/availability is a valid question, I'm sorry the reality is upsetting to you. And they knew exactly what they were doing when they put that disclaimer in. I certainly hope the winners get those M5s! Me included! 
Nothing would make me happier.

Nope. Need not be present. Says so in the rules... so hope they ummm follow those rules...
