If I were to join the club now, would I still be able to buy tickets?
This is probably the only way to ever afford an M5.

I think you're eligible if you join now. They allow each member up to five tickets but they'll raffle off more than one car if they are able to. Usually, they end up raffling a few cars and some cash for the final prize...

CCA says u had to be a member in good standing as of 24 May 2005. I spent $125 on tickets when I won't spend a buck on a chance for $10 million
But at least this way I'm forced into an Emmy

I got a letter as a member of BMW CCA, but also look in your Roundel magazine for info. Haven't looked but maybe there is something on the CCA website...

I did join but unfortunately I am not eligble to buy any tickets for the current raffle. Supposedly I can buy tickets next spring.
What cars do they normally raffle off?
All kinds (3,5,7-series), or always the hottest things in town (M5, M6)?

Yes its always the hottest things! They do it several times a year... sometimes I've seen X5s and 3ers too but normally ///Ms I've bought tickets for the E39 M5, E46 M3 and now E60 M5. Hopefully I win this time!!!!

I'm willing to bet next yet it will be for a M6.
