As per the photo, I recently had the good fortune to take my car around Prenois-Dijon in France for a charity event.

It got me thinking, the M5 has tons more power, 507hp Vs 197hp, but how does the handling compare? When pushing really hard, my car under steered due to its weight.

If you have driven both let me know. If it makes much difference, my car has the M172 wheels with non-runflats and no active steering.

Thanks.

I hate to tell you, the M Sport is NOT an M car. Its an SE with a M bodykit and slightly stiffer suspension. Its like expecting a car with the M5 bumpers to behave like the M5. The M5 has been designed as a car to drive hard.

I know the M sport is not an M car. But hey you cant mention how it stacks up against an SE without metioning the anthracite headlining!!

Seriously though, my question was about how it compares to the handling of an M5 - I AM NOT SUGGESTING FOR ONE MOMENT THAT IT IS AN M CAR!!!

Having driven an M3 around a track I know how good that is, but it is that much smaller.

Watch my videos! For such a heavy sedan, the M5 goes around the track with awesome dominance.
It's not a GT, but it sure rises to the challenge.
