No, they don't make a 625, but they do make a 630. As for the N54 twin turbo engine, I think that it would affect sales of the V8 650. Mind you, a 635 would be a sweet car. I don't think there is a 635 anywhere in the world. Doesn't HK get the 630i? Sales & marketing within each respective country determine what cars are sold. For instance, in Korea we get the LCI 528 with the N52 engine. Same as the U.S. and Canada, but we don't get the 535. The only 6 Series we get is the 650i convertible. Although the 6 Series is based on the 5 Series, BMW I believe wants to have some exclusivity for the 6 Series and keep it as sporting possible for a GT car. Therefore they don't put in the smaller engines. Just my opinion~
If they did put smaller engine they will sell much more of them. Just like the MB the CLK200K, CLK280, CLK350, CLK500, CLK63AMG, CLK63AMG Black Series.
they can still have a M6 all carbin fiber GT car.
I dont think 6er is a true GT car yet, it needs to be much more sporty just like the CLK63AMG Black Series
they do sell the 630 $161,973us and the 650 $204,868us

IMO the MB CLK63AMG Black Series is more of a sports car and not a GT (grand touring) car. Anyhow, I'm sure that BMW would sell many more 6 Series if there were more models and IF Chris Bangle hadn't been in charge of designing the car! To be honest, I'm not a big fan of how the 6 Series looks. I wouldn't go buy one. I think in general, the CLK looks better. I'd be happy with a CLK63AMG...
