M5 Cetified or not?

Which m5 do i choose?
1. 2006 BMW M5 20k Miles not ceritified. Warranty ends at 2010.
2. 2006 BMW M5 30K Miles certified. Warranty ends at 2012.
There both the same and the ceritifed one is about $2k less. Which is the best to choose? Is 30k miles alot for this car?

I'd probably go w/ #2, 10K of miles diff. on this car is 10K of high rev. miles 
but still depend on how long you gonna keep the car.
