Default M5 | Exhaust Recommendations

I currentlyhave OEM exhaust on my 6 speed E:60 M5 but want to change it towards a morerobust and 'meatier" sounding exhaust. I am reading materials aboutEisenmen and a few other brands. I previously had installed an Heinam on myE:60 550i - it looked great and sound was alright but I want I to do betterthis time around.

but now I amlooking for much deeper sound.. Any suggestions as what members are liking. Iwould love to possibly increase the diameters of the exhaust tips as well likeI have seen images of Meisterschaft in a few sites....

I am inBaltimore Maryland / DC/ North VA area.. Any suggestions as which exhaust shop canhandle such with perfection and a decent cost.

any guidancewill be highly appreciated..

our first recommendation is the RPI system, brings out the aggressive sound of the V10 and also guaranteed power gains with the full exhaust. cost-wise, the full exhaust is in the same ballpark as the eisenmann muffler section. sent you a PM.

You cant go wrong using the Rpi exhaust system. Highly recommended as Weezy said.

To me, I guess it depends on what you want to spend. I left all stock pipes on, eliminated the secondary cats and the resonator and put on 14" stainless Magnaflows, one per side and 2" x 6" brushed stainless tips. Has a nice deep tone.

I've got the dinan xpipe and dinan mufflers and I get complimented on the sound all the time. It's a little loud for my taste but there's no drone and with the windows up I can barely hear it. With the windows down it sounds great, like I said, a little loud for my taste but the note makes me grin every time. It sounds angry and clean.
