happened to me too 2 weeks ago, although i was in manhattan and a cab cut me off hit my front bumper and driver side fender with his rear quarter/bumper! bad month for interlagos m's 
I'm getting mine repainted with my vorsteiner hood next week this sucks I hate the city man... thats 2 times this year my front bumpers being repainted
and I really don't have the money to be doing it over again and again cause I've been taking and booking an excessive amount of vacations to get away from winter as much as I can.

My Ride: A Car
Alright. Guess what happened? PART FREAKIN TWO!!!
I buffed out the bumper before I left again. All the scuffs came off and a small small ding was shown from 3 inches away. Basically looked 95% perfect. All except for the one hairline crack which cannot be seen but if entered to show will DEFINITELY lose points. Had my friend repair the bumper for a small fee. Now looked 99% perfect. I basically gave my friend $100. If you have any scratches, he's the man to go to. Ghostteck called me out to dinner so I took the M5 out again. BIG FREAKIN MISTAKE!
I was driving in traffic on the eastbound LIE. Out of nowhere, *BOOM*, a 2006 Lexus RX400h. I am like, wtf? Two times in one day???? How is that possible? The driver signalled to the right and looked like she wanted to leave. I hopped out of my car and told her NOT to leave. I called 911 immediately and asked for her insurance information. Her friend, brother, whatever next to her is the cockiest SOB alive. He ordered me not to call the cops and just exchange insurance information. How will I be sure that you guys will pay for my repairs? She first gave me insurance for a 2009 Mercedes. Told her it's the wrong one. Then she gave me an expired insurance card. Told her it's expired. Then she gave me the right one.
I definitely wanted a police report. At first, they said NOTHING happened to my car. Are you kidding me? Look at the pictures. Two HOLES in the bumper along with scratches and scuffs and bent bumper. Then the guy decides to tell me it is a minor accident and a paint job will fix it. I need a new freakin bumper man. I told that young kid this is a $100K car and he replies pointing at the Lexus that it is a $60K car. We waited for the cops for over an hour on the side of the road. During that time, the guy kept saying just leave and forget about the cops. I declined.
We then was told to pull over to the right by a tow truck since we were in the left lane. Waited for the cops there. They came and told me since this is minor, we should just exchange information since our insurance premiums will go up after being reported. Look, one rear-end collision will not raise my premium. I am at 100% ZERO fault. He basically didn't want to write a police report. I told him I didn't care and I want a police report.
Then her dad came along in a black 2009 SL550 and talked to her daughter. He then walked to my car and talked to me. At first, I thought he came to apologize for the troubles and will tell me everything will be okay. But no! He basically lectured me. He told me I am lucky to be alive since we stopped on the LIE and we could be killed. I then asked if he was Mr. Bloom and I said nice to meet you and shook his hand. Then he said we could've just exchanged information and left instead of wasting 3 hours of everyone's time. He also says we didn;t have to go through all this "shit." (his exact words). Then he tells me I am stupid for wasting 2 hours of time when we all could've left after exchanging information. He pissed me off. My exact words to him was "Thank you for wasting 30 seconds of my life, my time. Please get OUT of my face as I do not want to see you. Thank you." Boy he was pissed. These rich folks who live in Kings Point think they are all that.
